Industrial Action – 1st February 2023

Dear Parents/Carers,

Following our letter to you last week regarding Industrial Action on Wednesday 1 February 2023, I am writing to outline the learning provision for your child.

We look forward to welcoming our Vulnerable/Key Worker children and our students in Year 11 and Year 13 on site at 8.30am where they should make their way to the restaurant for registration. School will finish at 2pm and buses will be running as normal.

For students in all other years, there will be a combination of live and directed study. If your child’s teacher is in school, they will post a message on your child’s google classroom by 8.55am notifying them that they have a live lesson. Students will be able to log in to their Google Classrooms and join the lesson at their normal timetabled lesson time.

If your child’s teacher is not in school, students are directed to complete work as outlined in the following programmes which will also be shared with your child via email:

Year 7 Year 8 Year 9 Year 10 Year 12

You may also find this guide useful in supporting your child: Remote Learning Guide for Families.

If you have any concerns on the day, staff will be available on site, by email to or by telephone on 0208 850 7678.

Kind Regards,

Ms K Long
