Dear Parents/Carers,
We are pleased to enclose your child’s Provision Map Passport.
This is an important document which gives information about your child, their needs, their key worker and any support and strategies.
Reviews for all our SEN students will be held every second module, with the first taking place in November. Further information on this will follow in due course. The aim of the review meeting is to discuss your child’s Provision Map Passport; the first review will include an audit of the passport to confirm the finer details and ensure all information is correct.
If you haven’t heard from them already, your child’s Key Worker will be in touch shortly to introduce themselves.
